Overview We’re recruiting the new Shopping Centre Manager for this leading retail destination, with accountability for over 500,000sqft of total retail, leisure, and food & beverage space, your main objective will be to enhance asset performance through team strategic leadership, working closely with key external stakeholders, increasing income, and more. What you’ll be doing You will lead the strategic direction of the centre, working closely with the asset managers & surveyors. Leading an experienced onsite team, including multiple direct reports and a wider contracted team of facilities services, you will inspire, encourage, and empower a collaborative, commercial and ambitious working culture. You will be the face of the destination and key interface with tenants, local authorities, the local community, the landlord, the local BID and customers. You will bring vigour and vitality to the role and foster effective relationships with all stakeholders, both internally and externally. Why explore this role?
