We’re recruiting for a Senior Facilities Manager to oversee a diverse and high-profile portfolio of 7 commercial assets across Mayfair – one of London’s most prestigious districts. This is a complex, multi-client portfolio with varied expectations and competing priorities. To succeed, you’ll need to be robust, solution-focused, and an excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day facilities management across 7 commercial buildings
- Balance the needs of multiple clients, tenants, and stakeholders
- Oversee contractor management, planned/reactive maintenance, and building operations
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards
- Manage service charge budgets and contribute to financial reporting
- Act as a key point of contact for tenants, ensuring high levels of service delivery
- Coordinate inspections, audits, and ensure all statutory requirements are met
About You:
- Proven experience in commercial facilities management, ideally with a managing agent
- Skilled in budget management, compliance, and contractor oversight
- Strong understanding of health & safety legislation and building regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – able to manage expectations and resolve issues calmly and professionally
- Adaptable, highly organised, and capable of juggling multiple priorities
- Ambitious and ready to step up into a senior-level position
