About the Role:

We’re on the lookout for a standout General Manager to lead operations at a landmark commercial building in the heart of London. This isn’t just any building – it’s a high-profile, mixed-use asset home to premium corporate tenants and a vibrant public realm buzzing with energy.

You’ll be at the forefront of operations, ensuring seamless facilities management and tenant satisfaction across a complex and dynamic environment. With new developments around, this building is ready for a rejuvenation – and you’ll be the one to lead the transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive day-to-day operations and FM delivery to the highest standards.
  • Oversee and enhance the public realm – ensuring it’s welcoming, safe, and engaging.
  • Lead, inspire, and manage a dedicated on-site team.
  • Build strong relationships with tenants, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure full compliance with all health & safety and statutory requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and champion innovation.
  • Act as the key liaison between stakeholders, owners, and community partners.

About You:

  • Proven experience in a similar General Manager or senior FM role within a high-profile commercial asset.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of building systems and compliance.
