About the Role: As Senior Building Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering best-in-class property management across this prestigious asset. With a strong focus on operational excellence, sustainability, and occupier experience, you will ensure that all Hard and Soft services are executed to the highest standards. You will be the driving force behind the day-to-day operations, PPMs, compliance, and project delivery—while acting as a key point of contact for stakeholders and occupiers. Your ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on involvement will be crucial to the continued success of this flagship asset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full spectrum of building operations, including Hard and Soft services, PPMs, and reactive maintenance.
- Ensure full compliance with all statutory obligations, health & safety standards, and industry regulations.
- Oversee and lead on refurbishment projects, occupier fit-outs, and service improvement initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with stakeholders, occupiers, contractors, and service providers.
- Collaborate closely with sustainability teams to maintain BREEAM accreditation and introduce new ESG initiatives.
- Monitor building performance through KPIs, audits, and service reviews, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Lead a high-performing on-site team, promoting a culture of accountability, customer service, and excellence.
- Act as a visible and trusted presence in the building—bringing vibrancy, energy, and a modern approach to building management.
What We’re Looking For:
