You'll provide a proactive, customer-focused Facilities Management service, ensuring occupier-managed spaces are safe, compliant and well-maintained while building trusted, long-term relationships with clients. πŸ‘‰ WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING...

You'll take full responsibility for delivering Facilities Management services across a varied portfolio, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include: Managing and developing strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.

Conducting regular client meetings and site visits to review building condition, service delivery, compliance and overall customer satisfaction.

Taking ownership of multiple commercial properties, ensuring all aspects of Facilities Management are delivered to the highest standards.

Preparing and presenting clear, accurate management reports for clients and senior stakeholders.

Producing annual service charge and operational budgets, monitoring expenditure and identifying opportunities for cost efficiencies.

Validating invoices, managing expenditure and reviewing quotations to ensure value for money.

Managing reactive and planned maintenance through the CAFM/helpdesk system, coordinating contractors and ensuring works are completed within agreed timescales.

Overseeing supplier performance through KPI reviews, service meetings and contract management to ensure consistently high standards.

Ensuring contractors work safely, with appropriate permits to work, RAMS and health
