Job Description:
We’re looking for someone to manage the Front of House delivery for the regional commercial portfolio of a leading property management company! We’re seeking a candidate with a strong background in Front of House, Concierge, or Reception, with a commercial mindset, eager to advance their career in the commercial property industry.
What you’ll be doing…
- Delivering high-quality customer service across the regional commercial portfolio.
- Leading, developing, and managing on-site FM teams to ensure Front of House standards are maintained.
- The portfolio mainly covers Manchester, where you will be based, with some assets in other UK areas. Travel will be necessary depending on each property’s service agreement.
