About the Role

  • Stakeholder engagement, building strong relationships with tenants to deliver exceptional customer service, engage with the local community to drive footfall.
  • Managing the service charge budget and driving ESG initiatives.
  • Create, and oversee the delivery of the operational budget, continuously looking to improve outcomes for all stakeholders.
