The predicted salary is between 50000 - 70000 £ per year.

Backed by Private Equity, our client will be deploying significant capital over the next 3+ years into their specialist, operational property fund. As a direct result, they are seeking an accomplished team member to join them and work closely with the CEO, the Director of Acquisitions and the PE partners in an array of duties all of which are focused around the financial performance of the AUM.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Undertake investment analysis to evaluate potential opportunities under different structures.
  • Apply financial modelling to evaluate results and outcomes on a portfolio level.
  • Prepare and present investor reporting packs and investment committee papers.
  • Create financial models to appraise opportunities and forecast returns for investors.
  • Stress test financial models to react to property market conditions.
  • Work with the Director of Finance across banking covenants and coverage test requirements.

Your Skills & Experience:

  • You will work within a property analysis/valuation role and ideally have solid experience working within the residential or operational property sectors.
  • High financial acumen and the ability to interpret and manipulate large sets of data within Excel.
  • Lots of appetite to be challenged in your role and take the opportunity to work independently, interacting with a variety of internal and external departments.
  • This is a diverse and multi-faceted role within an entrepreneurial and ambitious business.
  • You will need to demonstrate that you are ready to work at pace, delivering continually excellent standards of work.
