About the Role
Our client is seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Senior Marketing & Tourism Executive to join the Marketing Team. This is a pivotal role responsible for driving tourism and visitor-focused marketing initiatives that attract domestic and international audiences, while supporting communications for the loyalty programme. The role blends tourism marketing, campaign delivery, event coordination, digital content support, stakeholder management, and performance reporting.
Working within a small, agile team, you will play a hands-on role in enhancing the company profile within the tourism sector, delivering visitor incentive campaigns, and building strategic partnerships that increase footfall, engagement, and spend. The position also includes Duty Manager responsibilities during key trading weekends throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities
- Tourism & Trade Marketing
- Deliver tourism-focused marketing and advertising plans
- Support management of the tourism marketing budget, ensuring measurable ROI
- Liaise with international agencies and represent the business at B2B trade shows
- Build relationships with hotels, concierges, venues, and tourism stakeholders
- Monitor and report on tourism KPIs, refining strategy through data insights
- Lead CRM communications to the tourism sector
- Align campaigns with major global and London event calendars
- Visitor Rewards & Promotions
- Plan and execute compelling Visitor Rewards campaigns
- Manage campaign planning and in-centre activations
- Coordinate promotional staffing during peak periods
- Oversee reporting and performance analysis
- Events & Campaign Delivery
- Support delivery of tourism-led events
- Brief agencies and oversee campaign implementation
- Compile post-campaign performance reports
- Represent the company at networking and trade events
- Brand & Digital Coordination
- Coordinate website updates, SEO, blogs, and digital content with agencies
- Ensure alignment across website and social media channels
- Contribute to editorial storytelling, influencer activity, and blog content
- Stakeholder & Partnership Management
- Maintain relationships with key local partners
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Guest Services, PR teams, and brand partners
- Reporting & Analysis
- Deliver marketing performance reports across tourism, Visitor Rewards, and loyalty campaigns
