A brilliant opportunity to join a leading listed real estate business and take a lead role in the property management of their iconic, mixed use flagship London campus.
Working within a small and motivated team, you will take responsibility for the delivery of the D2D lease management, L&T matters, client service delivery and reporting requirements, along with ensuring compliance with the Management Agreements and KPIs. Please note this is an offices and retail campus without any residential components. Your professional experience will need to reflect this.
What You Will Do
- Work closely with the various occupiers to ensure they are happy with the management delivery.
- Process tenant applications for sub letting, assignation fit outs and alterations, including wayleave agreements.
- Review turnover rent clauses and assist in the appropriate calculation.
- Ensure all statutory compliance and requirements are met.
- Coordinate, prepare and review the Management Reports and Service Charge Budget & Reconciliation packs.
- Ensure all lease events are monitored and actioned upon including rent reviews and renewals, working closely with asset management colleagues.
About You
- Proven track record in commercial property management. Residential experience alone is not sufficient.
- Strong commercial L&T awareness.
- H&S understanding.
- Experience dealing with a variety of applications.
- Ambitious, detailed and comfortable working under pressure.
