We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established property management company with a substantial UK portfolio for a Front of House Receptionist to join a high-profile commercial property in Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a prestigious and historic setting, acting as the welcoming face and first point of contact for tenants, clients, and visitors.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors, tenants, and clients, delivering an exceptional front-of-house experience
  • Managing day-to-day reception duties, including calls, enquiries, and administrative support
  • Coordinating and supporting on-site events, ensuring smooth organisation and execution
  • Building strong relationships through tenant liaison, handling queries and resolving issues professionally
  • Liaising with contractors and service providers, ensuring work is scheduled and completed efficiently
  • Operating and monitoring various software platforms and Building Management Systems (BMS)
  • Maintaining accurate records, logs, and communication channels across multiple systems

ABOUT YOU:

We are looking for a confident, personable, and highly organised individual who thrives in a customer-facing role. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a front of house or receptionist position within a commercial or corporate environment
  • Strong IT skills and experience using multiple software systems (experience with BMS is highly desirable)
  • Experience in event coordination and tenant engagement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A confident, professional manner with the ability to engage with people at all levels
  • A proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • A commitment to delivering 5★ customer service to tenants and clients
