Our client is looking for a dynamic Commercialisation & Partnership Manager to drive commercial income, build meaningful community partnerships, and help deliver a standout customer experience. This is a brilliant role for someone who’s commercially sharp, relationship-driven, and passionate about creating places people love.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and deliver the commercialisation strategy, generating new revenue and managing partner relationships.
  • Oversee mall activity, ensuring high visual and operational standards.
  • Build strong links with local businesses, charities, and community groups.
  • Co-create and deliver the centre’s CSR and void activation strategies.
  • Support the events programme and line-manage the Events Executive.
  • Produce reports, manage budgets, and deputise for the Head of Marketing when needed.
