Overview of the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated Retail Liaison Executive to join the dynamic team at Lakeside Shopping Centre, working with global property management company, Savills. This pivotal role focuses on supporting the tenants, enhancing communication, and fostering strong relationships across various functions.
Your Responsibilities Will Be
Liaising with the 220 onsite tenants, communicating effectively and ensuring they feel fully supported.
Work collaboratively across all teams, including security, cleaning, customer services, and more.
Build and maintain robust 3rd party and stakeholder relationships, and champion corporate responsibility initiatives.

The Right Candidate Will Be
Results‐driven with substantial shopping centre or retail experience at a senior manager level.

Comfortable working 5 over 7 days, including occasional weekend work and bank holiday work.
