Are you an experienced facilities or operations manager with a specialism in hard services, looking for an exciting opportunity, in a standout commercial destination in Romford? This role could be for you! With the opportunity to join one of the largest property management companies in the UK, you could be the new Technical Services Manager , of this standout shopping centre.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Efficiently managing and organizing M&E contractors to deliver exceptional service.
- Ensuring compliance and statutory health & safety requirements.
- Engage with stakeholders at multiple levels, including onsite tenants, the landlord, and more.
This role offers the opportunity to:
- Be a key player in creating and maintaining exceptional site standards, working with the wider team.
- Oversee PPM measures, and wider fit out & project work.
- Lead on all aspects of M&E at the commercial destination.
The right candidate will be:
- Experience in a customer facing environment, in a hard service focused role.
- IOSH or NEBOSH qualified and knowledgeable about compliance within the SFG20 standard.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team, and support other team members when needed.
