A rapidly expanding property management company is looking for an Operations Manager to join them at a shopping centre in Inverclyde. The business is going through positive change and growth, so you will be joining a very ambitious and motivated culture. You will:

  • Deliver excellent facilities services and customer experience
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations at all times
  • Oversee health and safety

You are:

  • An Operations Manager, Facilities Manager or Contracts Manager
  • Ideally working in Shopping Centres or Retail, or with relevant experience in a similar sector
  • Experienced in contractor management
  • An effective communicator with the ability to engage with different people
  • IOSH or NEBOSH is desirable
