We are offering a fantastic opportunity to join a specialist recruitment consultancy and play a key role in our international expansion. We opened our London office 4 years ago and set out training a handful of ambitious and talented individuals who were eager to develop their career within a professional, entrepreneurial, exciting recruitment business that would train and invest in their development.

Germany has become a core market for us and we would love to build a larger team to work in this exciting country. The markets there are doing extremely well and so the opportunities for us are huge, both now and after Brexit. We already have more work than we can service and as our reputation grows, we are sure that further work will soon follow.

As a business, we are recognised as a fantastic employer. Not only are we an exciting and fun place to work, with high financial rewards for your success, we also will commit to really training you over time to become the best you can be. We recruit people to succeed with us and have great experience of training individuals with no recruitment experience.

Recruitment offers a fast-paced and varied career. To join us you should be outgoing, adaptable and great at building relationships with people. You will also need to be really hungry for success and fully prepared to learn and develop as the training will be extensive. Business level German and English is required.

If you are relocating from Germany, you can speak with others in our business who have done the same to give you an idea of what it's like to live in London and how we helped them settle into life with Foundation Recruitment.

It would be great to hear from you if you feel a business like ours could be of interest to you.
