We’re looking for an exceptional Front of House & Reception Manager to lead, inspire and develop a high-performing reception team at a flagship Commercial & Life Sciences asset at an ambitious new global innovation district in Oxford. This is a rare opportunity to shape the visitor experience at the heart of a landmark destination.
THE ROLE...
You’ll take ownership of the front-of-house operation and customer journey across the district’s receptions and shared workspaces. Acting as the figurehead for visitor experience, you’ll deliver five-star service standards, lead trusted service partners, and create a welcoming, vibrant environment for occupiers, clients and guests.
You’ll be hands-on, highly visible, and passionate about hospitality — setting the tone, raising standards, and continuously improving service through innovation, events and engagement.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES...
- Lead and manage the Reception Team, ensuring consistent 5 service delivery
- Act as the main point of contact for occupiers on all FOH matters
- Maintain immaculate presentation across reception and customer-facing areas
- Oversee service partners including reception, security, cleaning and housekeeping
- Develop and maintain FOH procedures, service standards and H&S compliance
- Drive service innovation, activations and community events across the district
- Represent FOH in building management and operational meetings
- Take ownership of reception operations, reporting, audits and customer feedback
