Ready to lead and inspire? We’re on the lookout for a hands-on, people-focused Manager to help drive excellence across a select group of assets including trophy buildings. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting your manager with P&L responsibilities, including budgets, forecasting & financial performance
- Ensuring our flagship buildings are maintained to the highest possible standards—visually, operationally, and experientially
- Leading and motivating on-site teams, creating a culture of ownership, pride, and accountability
- Driving service excellence, compliance, and top-tier contractor performance across the board
- Identifying ways to enhance efficiency and innovate service delivery in a competitive, fast-paced environment

- Proven experience managing a small, high-quality portfolio—bonus if it’s within commercial or trophy assets
