What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting your manager with P&L responsibilities, including budgets, forecasting & financial performance
  • Ensuring our flagship buildings are maintained to the highest possible standards—visually, operationally, and experientially
  • Leading and motivating on-site teams, creating a culture of ownership, pride, and accountability
  • Driving service excellence, compliance, and top-tier contractor performance across the board
  • Identifying ways to enhance efficiency and innovate service delivery in a competitive, fast-paced environment
