YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead day-to-day property operations and service delivery across the campus.
  • Manage and develop the property management team, including performance, training and wellbeing.
  • Oversee soft service contracts and coordinate with technical and engineering teams.
  • Control budgets, service charge accounts and annual audits.
  • Ensure maintenance, projects and compliance activities are planned, resourced and delivered effectively.
  • Build strong relationships with occupiers and drive service excellence.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance services and generate additional value.
  • Ensure full compliance with health & safety standards and best practices.
  • Monitor performance, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Report regularly to senior leadership and deputise when required.

ESSENTIAL:

  • Strong leadership and team management experience.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive, flexible approach.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing contractors and third-party services.
  • Solid understanding of health & safety and compliance.
  • Budget and commercial management experience.
  • Project management experience.

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

  • Fabric or building management knowledge.
  • Engineering or security services experience.

Salary up to £77,000 + enhanced pension 9.5% & discretionary bonus up to 10% and more.
