We are seeking an ambitious and driven Building Manager to take ownership of a prominent mixed-use asset in West London. This is an excellent opportunity for an up-and-coming property professional ready to step into a broader role and make a tangible impact.

The Asset

A fully let, 90,000 sq ft, seven-storey mixed-use building with a diverse occupier base, offering a dynamic and engaging management environment.

The Role

As Building Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and overall performance of the property. You’ll act as the key point of contact for occupiers and stakeholders, ensuring a high standard of service delivery while continuously looking for ways to enhance the building experience.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Management and oversight of the service charge budget
  • Building strong relationships through proactive occupier liaison
  • Coordination and delivery of occupier engagement initiatives and events
  • Management of third-party contractors across hard and soft services
  • Oversight of fit-out projects and tenant works
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety and statutory requirements
  • Working collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders including clients, tenants, and service partners

ABOUT YOU


  • Experience within property or facilities management, ideally within a commercial or mixed-use environment
  • Ready to take the next step in your career with greater autonomy and responsibility
  • Confident working independently and using your own initiative
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercially aware with experience managing budgets
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to bring fresh ideas to enhance and elevate the property
