We are working with an exciting, growing investment and asset management business who are looking to add to their team in London with an Asset Manager, working across a Central London office portfolio. Working in a small and dynamic team reporting into the Managing Director you will be responsible for driving the performance of the portfolio.
What will you do?
- Working across this active portfolio, you will drive the leasing activity, ensure the assets are well managed and performing well.
- Pushing for outperformance by delivering on innovative asset management strategies and overseeing the asset business plans.
- Overseeing third party contractors to ensure efficient property management and building strong and successful working relationships.
