Contractor management
Service charge budgeting
β οΈ Health & safety compliance
Manage and monitor contractors to ensure high performance

Take ownership of service charge budgets β plan, forecast, and control
β
Ensure full compliance with H&S laws and regulations (including audits & assessments)
β
Conduct regular site visits and inspections
β
Solid experience in multi-site Facilities Management
Confidence handling service charge budgets and compliance
NEBOSH certification (desirable)
A full UK driving licence β (ESSENTIAL)
