About the Role:

We are currently looking for an experienced Slinger/Signaller to work on a high-profile marine construction project in Bermondsey, London. This is a long-term opportunity to join a skilled team on one of the UK’s major infrastructure developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely direct and signal crane operations and lifting activities

  • Communicate effectively with crane operators, lifting supervisors, and site operatives

  • Ensure all lifting operations are carried out in compliance with site safety procedures

  • Assist in general site duties when required

  • Operate within a marine environment, supporting complex logistics and lifting plans

Essential Qualifications & Requirements:

? Thames Tideway East Inducted and onsite within the last 12 months
? CPCS Slinger/Signaller (A40 category)
? Experience in marine or heavy civil engineering sites
? Strong understanding of lifting operations and health & safety procedures
? Full Orange PPE required
Desirable (Not Essential):

? IPAF certification
? Sea Survival training
? Confined Space awareness or marine-specific qualifications
