About the Role:
We are currently looking for an experienced Slinger/Signaller to work on a high-profile marine construction project in Bermondsey, London. This is a long-term opportunity to join a skilled team on one of the UK’s major infrastructure developments.
Key Responsibilities:

Safely direct and signal crane operations and lifting activities

Communicate effectively with crane operators, lifting supervisors, and site operatives

Ensure all lifting operations are carried out in compliance with site safety procedures

Assist in general site duties when required

Operate within a marine environment, supporting complex logistics and lifting plans
Essential Qualifications & Requirements:
? Thames Tideway East Inducted and onsite within the last 12 months
? CPCS Slinger/Signaller (A40 category)
? Experience in marine or heavy civil engineering sites
? Strong understanding of lifting operations and health & safety procedures
? Full Orange PPE required
Desirable (Not Essential):
? IPAF certification
? Sea Survival training
? Confined Space awareness or marine-specific qualifications
