Foundation Personnel are currently seeking an experienced Slinger/Signaller for a shaft sinking project in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. The role involves coordinating lifting operations safely and effectively on site, including support for crawler cranes and excavators acting in lifting mode for a tunnelling contractor delivering complex underground infrastructure across the UK
Key Responsibilities:

Directing and coordinating lifting operations with cranes and excavators

Ensuring all lifting is carried out in accordance with site safety plans

Working closely with lifting teams to maintain operational safety

Inspecting lifting gear and ensuring proper setup before operations

Supporting general site activities where necessary
