We’re looking for a commercially sharp, detail‑obsessed Supply Chain Manager to take ownership of our end‑to‑end supply chain – from production planning and global ingredient sourcing through to manufacturing, packing and quality management. This is a critical role in scaling the business. You’ll ensure we deliver exceptional product quality, maintain complete availability, and build a supply chain that is efficient, resilient, and ready for growth.
What You’ll Own
- Production Planning & Supply Management
- Own production forecasting and planning based on demand inputs
- Translate demand forecasts into production and supply plans
- Maintain optimal stock levels and product availability
- Identify risks, constraints and bottlenecks across the supply chain
- Sourcing & Supplier Management
- Source ingredients internationally, building strong and reliable supplier relationships
- Negotiate commercial terms balancing cost, quality and reliability
- Continuously evaluate supplier performance and identify new sourcing opportunities
- Build a resilient supplier network with contingency planning in place
- Oversee freight, customs and shipping partners to balance cost and reliability
- Manufacturing, Packing & Operations
- Manage relationships with manufacturing and packing partners
- Ensure production runs are executed efficiently and to plan
- Align supply chain operations with product launches and business demand
- Drive improvements in processes, timelines and cost efficiency
- Quality & Compliance
- Own and continuously improve quality processes across suppliers and production
- Manage our third‑party testing programme, ensuring every batch meets required standards
- Ensure all products, suppliers and partners meet relevant regulatory requirements
- Stay up to date with evolving regulations and support compliance for international expansion
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You…
- Have 2–5+ years experience in supply chain, ideally within FMCG, food or supplements
- Have strong experience with international sourcing and supplier management
- Have a solid understanding of global logistics, freight and customs requirements
- Are confident managing manufacturers, co‑packers and logistics partners
- Have a deep understanding of production planning, inventory and logistics
- Are highly organised and comfortable managing multiple moving parts
- Are commercially minded with strong negotiation skills
- Can spot risks early and proactively solve problems
- Thrive in a fast‑paced, scaling environment
- Are naturally detail‑oriented, proactive and solutions‑focused
