We’re looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant to join our team and help showcase how Jacquard’s SaaS platform can transform businesses. You’ll work alongside our sales team, creating tailored demos, solving customer challenges, and guiding clients across all levels—from marketing teams and developers to top executives.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with Account Executives to deliver compelling customer presentations and demos.
  • Understand each client’s unique challenges and align our platform’s capabilities to deliver impact.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, product updates, and emerging technologies.
  • Bring curiosity and creativity to explore solutions that drive business value.

Who You Are

Sales Skills

  • Engaging and confident presenter, able to captivate audiences with storytelling.
  • Comfortable building trust at all organizational levels and simplifying complex concepts.
  • Experienced in pre‑sales consulting or sales engineering environments.

Technical Skills

  • Insatiably curious and analytical, ready to explore new technologies and approaches.
  • Deep expertise in at least two of these domains: AI, LLMs, SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, Direct Marketing, Marketing Analytics, or Programming (HTML).
  • Ability to translate technical knowledge into clear business value.

Industry & Collaboration Skills

  • Focused, adaptable, and productive in complex or uncertain situations.
  • Collaborative mindset with a strong team‑oriented approach.
  • Experience in digital‑first, customer‑centric marketing, including Integrated Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Marketing Analytics, or AI applications.
