What You'll Own

  • Creative direction across all ad channels—TV/video, brand, paid social
  • SURI's advertising voice, tone and messaging frameworks
  • High‑quality scripts, headlines and copy that balance brand and performance
  • Ad sequencing, editing direction and creative iteration
  • Management and development of our Junior Creative Strategist
  • Close collaboration with performance and brand teams to ensure creative drives results

What We're Looking For

  • 5–6 years of copywriting experience, primarily agency‑side
  • A portfolio that demonstrates genuine creative craft
  • Strong strategic thinking—able to move from brand insight to campaign concept
  • Comfortable going deep on a single brand rather than juggling multiple clients
  • Ambition to grow into a creative leadership role as the team scales
  • Performance marketing knowledge is a plus—we'll develop this together

This is not a traditional DTC performance role.
