Join as a foundational member of Triffin's growth team and build a high-leverage distribution channel by embedding Triffin into supply chain and sales channel ecosystems. You'll be responsible for developing partnerships with manufacturers, distributors, platforms and other intermediaries that give us scalable access to high-growth consumer brands. This is a unique opportunity to create a new growth channel from scratch, and to shape how Triffin reaches customers at scale.

The role is based in our Shoreditch (London) office. You will be one of our first Partner hires — with significant ownership over strategy, partnerships and outcomes. You will build and scale a partner ecosystem across supply chain and distribution channels with high autonomy, high expectations, and fast progression for top performers.

What you'll do:

  • Identify and prioritise high-impact partners across manufacturers, distributors, marketplaces and platforms.
  • Develop and execute strategies to embed Triffin within partner ecosystems and workflows.
  • Structure and negotiate partnerships that create long-term, scalable distribution.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across partner organisations.
  • Design activation and enablement strategies to drive consistent customer acquisition through partners.
  • Work closely with product, sales and operations to ensure seamless partner and customer experiences.
  • Drive measurable pipeline and revenue through partner channels.
  • Develop scalable playbooks for partner acquisition, activation and growth across markets.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in partnerships, business development or sales in fintech, technology or a high-growth environment.
  • Evidence of high performance — you've delivered meaningful commercial outcomes or built valuable partnerships.
  • Strong commercial and strategic thinking — you can identify leverage and structure win-win partnerships.
  • Experience owning a pipeline, revenue stream, or key growth metric.
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders and navigating complex organisations.
  • Highly driven, proactive and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
  • Curious and systems-oriented — you think about how to scale beyond one-off deals.
  • Bonus: experience working with supply chain businesses, distributors, marketplaces or embedded finance models.

What success looks like:

  • First 3 months: Identify and secure initial strategic partners, begin generating early opportunities.
  • 6 months: Establish a repeatable model for partner acquisition and activation.
  • 12 months: A scaled partner channel delivering consistent, high-quality pipeline and becoming a core growth driver.

Why this role:

  • Build a high-leverage, scalable distribution channel from day one.
  • Work at the intersection of fintech, supply chain and commerce.
  • Shape how Triffin integrates into the workflows of modern consumer brands.
  • Work closely with founders and growth leadership to influence go-to-market strategy.
  • Earn meaningful upside through ownership and impact.

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation package.
  • Share options — meaningful ownership in the company.
  • 26 days annual leave + bank holidays.
  • Regular team offsites and social events.
