We are Foundation Partners - a consultancy working with some of the world's most exciting tech companies on all things people + culture. Not all technology companies have the financial resources, capacity, or experience to tackle the challenges of scaling a business and driving performance. A world-class People, Culture & HR operation is instrumental for this. We have built a blended service so companies get the experience and support—both strategically and day to day—that they need to build an exceptional business. Currently, we are a small but mighty team of 9, with backgrounds in commercial, people + culture, VC and consulting. We have ambitious plans for growth, and as part of that we're hiring for this super exciting and progressive role.

This role is a unique opportunity for you to lay the foundations for a career in People + Culture as you'll get to understand and dig into all aspects of the employee lifecycle working across multiple clients. As a member of a small client-facing business, you'll work directly with our partners on projects - experienced people and business builders. You'll work on both the client work itself, as well as being behind the scenes supporting the growth of our own business. This role is well-suited to someone who loves building and creating.

You’ll likely be either in the early stages of your People + Culture career, or have a couple of years early experience in consulting and loving the exposure and challenge you get from client delivery. Alternatively, you may be transitioning from a different but related field. This role is genuinely super exciting in terms of remit - you’ll get the chance to be creative and work across multiple clients, from tech and fintech to life sciences and venture capital. There’ll be plenty of opportunities for progression and development - you will be learning super quickly! We have plans to scale our team of client partners rapidly, which means there will be the opportunity for you to move into roles with more ownership and client exposure as you develop.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working with our amazing clients to deliver their people + culture roadmaps, including:
    • Developing People and Culture materials for our clients that deliver new frameworks into the business.
    • Managing people ops, including benefits administration, memberships, onboarding, sick leave, and employee contracts.
    • Research and information gathering to support client work.
    • Talent, including recruitment process support and light touch sourcing.
    • Running user testing on new content and making changes.
    • Running 'behind the scenes' planning and logistics of our longer term programmes.
  • Supporting the success and growth of Foundation Partners and that of Amplified generally, including:
    • Supporting the internal team with day to day business operations.
    • Visual design - working with different programmes to create handbooks, playbooks, guidance and templates for our clients.
    • Supporting with the creation and promotion of marketing materials.
    • Managing and analysing data from our client's People Experience Surveys.

  • Structured thinker - able to take complex concepts and turn them into clear content.
  • Data analysis skills - comfortable working with large datasets.
  • Familiarity with tools and systems used in tech start-up environments.
  • Visual communication and some visual design skills.

How you work

  • Collaborative and communicative - you'll work closely with the partners.
  • Great at driving your work forward independently.
  • Manages variety beautifully - comfortable context switching and managing different work-streams.
