My client are looking for a Partnerships Manager to build and scale our brand collaboration engine. This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of brand, growth and commercial performance. This role is focused on digital and brand partnerships. It does not include events, conferences or trade show management.
You’ll identify high-value partners, shape joint go-to-market strategies, and own execution from concept through to measurable impact. Acting as the connective tissue between the client (confidential) and a portfolio of partners, you’ll work across wearable health tech, sleep and recovery, luxury wellness, longevity clinics, and corporate wellness. This role blends strategy and execution — ideal for someone who enjoys building partnerships from the ground up and seeing them through to results.
What You’ll Do- Partnership Strategy & Pipeline
- Develop and manage a partnerships roadmap aligned to brand, growth and revenue goals
- Identify and prioritise partners across key verticals (health tech, recovery, longevity, wellness, media, corporate platforms)
- Build business cases including audience overlap, incentive alignment and ROI potential
- Continuously scan the market for new collaboration opportunities
- Activation & Execution
- Lead end-to-end delivery of co-branded campaigns across email, social, landing pages and offers
- Map partner channels and build activation plans to maximise reach, engagement and revenue
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, growth, product, science) to deliver campaigns
- Develop creative partnership concepts that provide real value to both audiences
- Performance & Optimisation
- Define and track KPIs across awareness, engagement, traffic, conversion and revenue
- Report on performance and run post-campaign analysis
- Optimise partnerships over time, testing new formats and deepening high-performing relationships
- Relationship Management
- Act as the main point of contact for all partners
- Negotiate terms, co-investment structures and exclusivity agreements
- Maintain a clear pipeline/CRM of active and prospective partnerships
- 5+ years’ experience in partnerships, business development or brand marketing
- Background in DTC health tech, wellness, neurotech or consumer products preferred
- Proven track record of building and scaling brand partnerships that drive measurable results
- Strong commercial instinct with a focus on value exchange and revenue impact
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously
- Data-literate, comfortable using performance data to inform decisions
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Bonus: Existing network across wearable tech, longevity, wellness or corporate health
