At Penfold, we’re on a mission to help everyone save enough to live comfortably later in life, by making pensions accessible, engaging, and genuinely valuable. The UK pensions industry holds over £1 trillion in assets, yet much of the experience still feels outdated, confusing, and disconnected from modern consumers. Penfold is changing that. We’re a fast‑growing fintech of about 70 people across London and Tallinn, backed by leading investors, already managing £1bn+ in pension assets for 100,000+ savers and thousands of businesses — and we’re just getting started.

The Opportunity

This role sits at the intersection of Product, Data, Marketing, and Client Success. You’ll own the strategy and execution behind increasing revenue per member and long‑term saver value across Penfold’s B2B2C model — building structured growth initiatives that improve engagement, retention, contributions, and assets under management. We’re looking for someone who can champion cross‑functional growth initiatives commercially, while also being deeply analytical and fully comfortable working hands‑on with data (SQL, cohort analysis, experimentation, forecasting etc.). This is not purely a strategy role – and it’s not purely analytics either. It’s the blend of both.

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Driving revenue per member and long‑term AUM growth
  • Analyzing saver behaviours, cohorts, retention and monetisation drivers
  • Running structured experimentation programmes and A/B tests
  • Improving pension transfers, contribution levels, referrals and salary sacrifice adoption
  • Building lifecycle growth strategies across product, CRM and employer communications
  • Partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Client Success teams
  • Developing forecasting models, dashboards and growth reporting frameworks
  • Helping establish Penfold’s long‑term growth operating system and experimentation culture

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience owning growth or revenue metrics in a product‑led business
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams
  • Deep analytical capability — comfortable working directly with SQL/data
  • Strong experience with experimentation, A/B testing and growth frameworks
  • Experience analysing LTV, retention, engagement and monetisation metrics
  • Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced scale‑up environment

Nice to Have

  • Fintech, pensions or financial services experience
  • B2B2C or marketplace growth experience
  • Experience influencing savings or contribution behaviours
  • Experience building or leading growth squads/functions

What Success Looks Like

We’re looking for someone who has genuinely owned and improved growth outcomes — not someone operating purely as an analyst or reporting function. Clear ownership of core growth metrics and commercial outcomes; experience building or leading structured growth programmes or growth squads; a repeatable approach to experimentation, prioritisation, and execution; strong evidence of measurable impact across activation, retention, monetisation, referrals, conversion, or revenue growth; the ability to move from insight to action to measurable business result; a balance of commercial thinking, analytical depth, and operational execution; comfort operating with pace and focus, rather than relying on broad hypotheses without delivery ownership. This role is highly execution‑oriented. We’re specifically looking for candidates who can point to tangible wins, scalable frameworks, and repeatable growth strategies they’ve personally driven.
