About the Role

This role is a unique opportunity to lay the foundations for a career in People + Culture. You will work directly with partners on delivering people and culture roadmaps for a range of clients, while also supporting the growth of our own business.

Client Deliverables

  • Develop People and Culture materials that deliver new frameworks, such as setting up a Notion site, creating a team playbook, and designing starter materials.
  • Manage people operations including benefits administration, memberships, onboarding, sick leave, and employee contracts.
  • Conduct research and gather information to support client work.
  • Assist in talent activities, including recruitment process support and light‑touch sourcing.
  • Run user testing on new content and implement changes.
  • Plan and coordinate logistics for longer‑term programmes, such as the Leadership Unleashed programme.

Internal Support

  • Support day‑to‑day business operations: proposals, tools and system management, and organising internal activities such as off‑sites.
  • Produce visual design assets—handbooks, playbooks, guidance and templates—for clients.
  • Help create and promote marketing materials to improve reach and visibility.
  • Analyse data from client People Experience Surveys and provide insights.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience in a people team, business operations team or consulting in a scaling environment, with exposure across the full employee cycle.
  • Structured thinker who can turn complex concepts into clear, actionable content.
  • Data analysis skills, comfortable working with large datasets (e.g., in Excel).
  • Familiarity with tools and systems used in tech start‑up environments such as G‑Suite, Miro, Notion.
  • Visual communication and some visual design skills; experience with Figma is helpful.

  • Independent, execution‑focused; you demonstrate the will to drive tasks through to completion.
  • Comfortable managing multiple contexts and switching between work streams.
