Our client launched in 2024 to improve finance outcomes for consumer brands. They're building funding, payments and AI-powered cash flow management products — with ~800% growth expected in 2026. You'll be one of the first AE hires, helping shape how we go to market. This is a 360 sales role — from cold prospecting through to closing. You'll work directly with founders and experienced operators from day one.
What you'll do:
- Build intelligent outreach programmes using AI systems and data
- Prospect through cold calls, emails and LinkedIn
- Align Triffin's products to the finance needs of consumer brands
- Develop scalable playbooks across verticals and markets
- Close new business and help build the revenue engine
Who we're looking for:
- 1+ year in sales or BD at a fintech, financial services or high-growth tech company
- Track record of exceeding targets
- Experience owning a pipeline or revenue goal
- Comfortable with cold outreach to decision makers
- Bonus: experience selling to consumer brands
What success looks like:
- 6 months — consistently hitting targets with a repeatable approach
- 12 months — top performer, contributing to playbooks and mentoring newer hires
