About the role
This is a new permanent, hands-on strategy role working across the business. You’ll take the organisation’s biggest priorities and make them happen: shaping the plan, solving problems along the way and making sure changes stick. It suits someone who enjoys ambiguity and would rather deliver change than just advise on it.
What you will do

Shape plans for key business priorities and keep delivery on track

Lead high-impact projects across different teams and functions

Get to the root of problems and find practical solutions

Give senior leaders clear, concise recommendations

Make processes simpler and more effective
About you

A background in strategy, transformation or operations, ideally including some time in consulting

Experience in a fast-growing, scaling business (for example health tech, fintech or retail)

A doer who brings structure and pace and sees things through

Confident working with senior stakeholders
Healthcare experience is a bonus, but not essential.
