We're looking for a Senior Creative Strategist & Copywriter to own our advertising creative from concept to execution. You'll lead big-picture ad strategy, shape our messaging architecture, and produce work that builds a brand as well as a business — across TV/video, upper funnel brand campaigns, and paid social. You’ll also manage and mentor our Junior Creative Strategist & Copywriter, setting the creative standard across the team. This is not a traditional DTC performance role. We're looking for someone with a strong agency creative foundation who is excited to apply that craft to a high-growth consumer brand.
What you’ll own:
- Creative direction across all ad channels — TV/video, brand, paid social
- SURI's advertising voice, tone and messaging frameworks
- High-quality scripts, headlines and copy that balance brand and performance
- Ad sequencing, editing direction and creative iteration
- Management and development of our Junior Creative Strategist
- Close collaboration with performance and brand teams to ensure creative drives results
What we're looking for:
- 5–6 years of copywriting experience, primarily agency-side
- A portfolio that demonstrates genuine creative craft
- Strong strategic thinking — able to move from brand insight to campaign concept
- Comfortable going deep on a single brand rather than juggling multiple clients
- Ambition to grow into a creative leadership role as the team scales
- Performance marketing knowledge is a plus — we'll develop this together
