At Nurosym, we're building trust in a category where science is everything. Our non-invasive vagus nerve stimulation device is backed by 60+ clinical studies across Harvard, UCLA and NHS hospitals — and we're now building the partnerships programme that puts credible medical voices behind our paid social advertising. This is a rare role. You won't inherit a finished system — you'll build it.
What is whitelisting? We partner with verified doctors and healthcare professionals who grant us access to run paid social ads through their accounts. Each ad carries the credibility of a real medical voice. Our team produces the creative, our paid media team delivers the reach — your job is to build and run the programme that makes it all possible.
What you'll own:
- Build the outreach system from scratch — CRM, pipeline stages, SOPs and workflows that make the programme repeatable and scalable.
- Source and recruit doctors across relevant clinical fields in the US (primary), UK and Germany (secondary) using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, medical directories and conference lists.
- Run personalised outreach over email and LinkedIn, explain the partnership clearly and bring prospects to a yes.
- Own activation end to end — calls, agreements, ad permissions, onboarding and handoffs.
- Manage live partner relationships — performance reporting, content pipeline, keeping the roster engaged.
Who we're looking for:
- 2–4 years in outreach, business development, partnerships, physician liaison, or creator/influencer partnerships. You've built a CRM or designed an outreach process from scratch — you're a builder, not just an operator.
- Strong outbound track record with results you can quantify. Clear communicator who can explain an unfamiliar offer to a sceptical doctor simply and credibly. Comfortable with AI tools for research and drafting. Self-directed in ambiguous environments.
- Bonus points for: Background in health, wellness or MedTech; Familiarity with the US healthcare landscape and how private practices operate; Experience in influencer sourcing, affiliate or creator partnerships; Buy-side outreach experience — recruiting, talent or procurement.
Why Nurosym:
We're the most scientifically studied non-invasive vagal neuromodulation device globally. 60+ completed clinical studies. CE certified. FDA Non-Significant Risk Designation. Backed by serious science and a brand with genuine momentum across the US, UK and Europe. This programme doesn't exist yet in the way it needs to. The person who builds it will shape how millions of people first discover Nurosym through voices they trust.
