We're building a brand that millions of people will trust with their health. Now we need the person to lead it. This is not a blank‑canvas role. There's an existing team, established channels and ongoing programmes. What we need is someone who can walk in, assess what's working, earn trust quickly and raise the bar — without tearing down what's already there.

What you’ll own:

  • Brand strategy and positioning across the US market (primary) and international (secondary)
  • A TV‑focused upper funnel brand campaign extending to YouTube and connected video
  • The full influencer and KOL function — nano through celebrity, wellness through clinical/HCP
  • Earned media, PR and journalist relationships across health, wellness and consumer lifestyle
  • Organic social strategy with a clear point of view on where the brand belongs
  • Strategic partnerships and conference programme with measurable ROI
  • The brand marketing budget — built, defended and adapted under pressure

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 8 years in brand marketing and at least 3 in a senior leadership role. DTC or consumer health/wellness background is strongly preferred — and US market expertise is non‑negotiable.
  • Experience setting strategy and executing it personally. Comfortable pulling a data report and giving creative direction. Proven success inheriting and improving teams.
  • Proficiency in building influencer programmes that perform beyond last‑click and existing media relationships that can be activated immediately.
  • Startup or scale‑up experience is a strong plus. In a capital‑efficient environment, prioritization matters as much as creativity.

Why this role:

You’ll define how the world comes to know, understand and trust a health tech brand that’s genuinely making a difference. Full budget ownership, a lean team to develop, and the chance to build something that lasts.
