Join as one of Triffin’s first marketing hires and help build the content and distribution engine for a new category of AI finance. We’re looking for someone to build a modern, AI-first marketing machine — one that combines strong storytelling, rapid experimentation, systems thinking and high-quality execution across channels. This role spans content marketing, social, partnerships, lifecycle marketing, customer storytelling, events and distribution. You’ll help define how Triffin is discovered, understood and talked about by the market.
You’ll play a central role in turning that momentum into long‑term brand and growth advantage.
The role

- Build the systems, workflows and foundations for modern AI‑first marketing at Triffin.

What you’ll do
- Build and scale Triffin’s content and distribution engine across social, email, partnerships, website and emerging channels.
- Create high-quality content that helps explain our products, customers and market in a clear, differentiated way.
- Develop systems and AI‑powered workflows that significantly increase the speed, consistency and leverage of marketing execution.
- Own social media strategy and activation across company channels.
- Create customer stories, case studies and narratives that demonstrate real outcomes and build trust.
- Partner closely with founders, product and growth teams on launches, campaigns and GTM initiatives.
- Support lifecycle marketing, CRM and email initiatives that improve activation, engagement and retention.
- Build co‑marketing campaigns and relationships with partners.
- Organise and support online and in‑person events, activations and ecosystem initiatives.
- Experiment rapidly across formats, channels and campaigns — doubling down on what works and moving quickly from what doesn’t.
- Help define what “great” looks and sounds like for Triffin’s brand and communication.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in content, growth or marketing roles at a fintech, B2B SaaS or technology company.
- Strong track record of creating high‑quality content and driving measurable audience or business growth.
- Exceptional communication skills — especially writing, storytelling and editorial judgment.
- Strong understanding of modern distribution channels and how attention compounds online.
- AI‑native mindset — you already use AI extensively to improve research, content creation, workflows and execution speed.
- High ownership mindset — you take responsibility for outcomes.
- Strong taste and judgment — you care deeply about clarity, positioning and quality.
- Comfortable operating across both strategy and execution in a fast‑moving environment.
What success looks like
- First 3 months: develop a deep understanding of customers, product and market; increase content velocity and improve consistency across channels.
- 6 months: establish repeatable content and distribution systems.
- 12 months: build a scalable marketing engine that materially contributes to brand, pipeline and ecosystem presence.
