We’re hiring a Sales/Business Development Representative in London (Hybrid) with a salary of £40–50k OTE plus uncapped commission.
Pensions have a reputation problem. Penfold is changing that. We’re making pensions simple, modern, and genuinely valuable — helping over 100,000 savers take control of their future, with £1bn+ in pension assets already managed and plenty more growth ahead.
Now we’re looking for a confident, commercially driven SDR to help grow our partnerships channel across accountants and IFAs.
The Opportunity
This is a high-energy outbound role where you’ll own the top of the funnel and become one of the first touchpoints senior professionals have with Penfold. You’ll be speaking with accountants, IFAs, and professional partners daily — turning cold outreach into warm, qualified opportunities for the sales team. What You’ll Be Doing
- Outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Building relationships with accountants and IFAs
- Researching and identifying high-potential partner firms
- Booking quality meetings for the Partnerships team
- Managing inbound interest and converting leads into opportunities
- Maintaining strong pipeline activity and CRM hygiene in HubSpot
- Collaborating with Sales, Marketing & Partnerships on messaging and strategy
- Hitting activity and performance targets in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in SDR, sales, partnerships, or commercial roles
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls (50+ per day)
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills
- Resilient, proactive, and target-driven mindset
- Confidence speaking with senior stakeholders
