Direct message the job poster from Foundation Health. Youâll step into a high-impact IC role, with nothing but greenfield work in front of you and no legacy applications that need maintaining. Working on a suite of products that are already powering major health systems - transforming how healthcare organizations deliver pharmacy, care coordination and directâtoâpatient services. Weâve just raised $20M at SeriesâA, so weâre accelerating all things product development as we build whatâs next. Thatâs where youâd come in.
Youâll hear the term âfullâstackâ get thrown around quite often - but for us, that means youâd come in backâend heavy - probably an 80/20 split. Our tech stack looks like: Node.js with TypeScript, Docker. Yes, your main focus will be software engineering - but donât be surprised if youâre looking at other areas too. This could mean getting involved in infra, design and/or DevOps chats too.
Youâll help us transition away from the âstartâupâ tag, into more of a âscaleâupâ. This means defining engineering processes and putting more structure in place, so we can scale our platforms with ease. Having a seat at the table when it comes to decision making, and really being able to influence decisions moving forward.
This role is remoteâfirst - but the Eng team meets regularly in our Manchester HQ. Weâre still building our engineering culture, so are looking for people who can buy into this.
What youâll get:
- Stock Options
- Group Life Assurance (via Legal & General), including: Death in Service Benefit (4x salary)
- Virtual GP access

- Autoâenrolment in the company pension scheme
- 25 days of paid annual leave plus bank holidays
- WeWork office in Manchester and London
- Hybrid flexible working arrangements
