As a Product Manager at Foundation Health, you’ll work across our entire product ecosystem - spanning patient-facing applications, clinician workflows, AI-driven automation and data-heavy system integrations. This is a hybrid-role, working 2-3 days per week in our Manchester office. Help shape AI-driven and automation-led capabilities that improve efficiency and patient outcomes Work deeply with EHR data, clinical workflows and interoperability challenges We’re looking for Product Managers who have built products from 0 to 1 , not just supported them. 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager building software products in a technology-driven environment ~ Hands-on experience with Electronic Health Records (EHRs) - Epic experience is a plus, but not required Experience working with clinical data, workflows, or healthcare integrations Exposure to products operating at the intersection of EHRs, clinical systems, data and AI Experience building AI-enabled or automation-driven healthcare products Experience shipping products used by clinicians, care teams, or operational healthcare staff A builder mindset - you like getting into the details, not just writing tickets
