About EIS

EIS is an educational company based in Gloucester Road and South Kensington area (London, SW7) seeking enthusiastic and confident applicants for a permanent weekend day shift position who will work as part of the Facilities Support team.

Location: London, England

Salary: £15,350 gross, per annum

Working Hours: Saturday and Sunday from 08:00 to 20:00

Start Date: Saturday 14th February (or as soon as possible thereafter)

Interviews: To take place in week commencing Monday, 2nd February 2026

Job Summary

The Facilities Support Team are responsible for fostering a safe, proficient and efficient approach by providing support, information and guidance to residents and staff when responding to queries, maintenance, emergencies and other administrative duties related to the residences and facilities.

This role requires the candidate to have the following:

  • Qualifications/Experience
  • An understanding of the Housing and/or Facilities sector.
  • Experience working in a service-oriented environment, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks and duties.

Key Skills

  • Excellent organisational and administration skills, with an attention to detail.
  • Advanced level of IT competency, with knowledge of the MS Office package.
  • Good communication skills and ability to engage effectively with various groups of people.
