The Company Found is the exclusive in-house operator of market leading UK developer FEC. We are on a mission to be the no.1, experience led, brand-centric 360 lifestyle operator in the UK. We are searching for an experienced Environmental Operative to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role that keeps things running smoothly and waste under control!
Your Mission:
- Keep the bin stores spotless and well-organised.
- Rotate, present, and maintain large waste containers (manual handling required).
- Be the recycling hero - promote initiatives and manage bulky waste.
- Break down boxes, clean refuse stores, and coordinate with tenants for commercial waste collections.
- Patrol the grounds to ensure everything's up to standard and submit reports.
- Keep communal areas sparkling with deep cleaning, litter picking, and bin emptying.
- Tackle light maintenance jobs like changing lamps and doing touch-up paint.
- Report any additional works needed and complete paperwork on time.
