Found is a commercial real estate agency with one goal - making the journey to finding your perfect office space more efficient, beneficial and enjoyable!

We are looking for a Marketing Exec to continue and enhance the amazing work we’ve done in getting the Found name out there! This is a full-time on-site role located in London. The Marketing Exec will work on social media marketing, lead generation, web analytics, marketing, and overall digital marketing strategy.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and executing digital marketing campaigns
  • Conducting market research
  • Analysing web traffic data to measure success
  • Collaborating with teams to achieve company goals and objectives
  • Creating new content, copywriting, editing and distributing content effectively across all social media platforms and email marketing campaigns
  • Ensuring social media activities meet and exceed our brand values
  • Developing and executing marketing strategies for the company
  • Identifying target audiences and creating marketing plans to reach them
  • Creating and managing marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and other digital marketing efforts
  • Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all spending is on track to meet budget goals
  • Attending and representing the company at industry events and partner events
  • Creating, owning and managing the social media calendar and strategy
  • Creating, editing and distributing engaging image, video, reels and copy for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn channels
  • Planning and testing new/original digital marketing methods
  • Producing and submitting monthly management and client reports using social media platform and Google Analytics insights/stats
  • Managing/copywriting for the social media accounts of Found's team members

  • Strong copywriting and caption writing skills that drive maximum engagement
  • Expert in creating content-related graphics that drive maximum engagement
  • A good eye to select content that drives maximum engagement
  • Understanding differentiation of content required to maximise engagement for the specific nuances of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
  • Understanding of content required for email campaigns
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent English, written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with a results-based focus
