Overview
THE ROLE. As a Senior SEO Executive, you will play a pivotal role in leading and executing strategies that deliver outstanding organic performance. Discovery no longer starts or ends with Google, so you will help shape technical, content-led, and PR-focused work that drives our EverySearch™ ambition. Working closely with Account Managers and Directors, you will take ownership of day-to-day optimisation, reporting, and strategy delivery. This is a hands-on role where you will not only lead the execution of impactful SEO tactics but also help identify growth opportunities across Search, AI, and Social platforms.

- Strategic Implementation: Executing technical and content strategies that optimise visibility not just on Google, but across LLMs (ChatGPT) and social platforms.
- Insight-Driven Optimisation: Using data from search, social, and AI to fuel continuous improvement and smarter decision-making.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Ensuring content, technical, and outreach efforts are integrated and aligned to wider business objectives.
- Client Influence & Growth: Helping clients understand the evolving landscape, translating performance data into clear business insights that move them beyond simple keyword tracking to true market visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Account Delivery
- Execute modern research covering Keywords, PAA (People Also Ask), and AI Prompts.
- Implement on-page and off-page recommendations to improve performance in Search Engines and LLMs.
- Collaborate with content, PR, and technical teams to deliver high-impact SEO initiatives.
- Maintain a focus on campaign optimisation, budget efficiency, and best practice execution.
Insight & Reporting
- Gather and interpret data from Google Search Console, GA4, and brand mentions in AI models.
- Contribute to performance reports (weekly, monthly, QBRs), offering actionable insights and commentary.
- Identify areas of opportunity and present these confidently to the SEO Account Manager or client teams.
- Prepare and participate in client calls, performance reviews, and planning sessions.
AI & Innovation
- Utilises AI responsibly and ethically in line with company policies, ensuring transparency and trust.
- Adopts a forward-thinking approach, continually exploring new ways tools can support evolving business needs.
- Supports the testing of Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) workflows to improve visibility in AI results.

Experience & Profile
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within an agency environment, working on diverse client accounts.
- Solid understanding of technical SEO (crawling, indexing, Core Web Vitals) and on-page content optimisation.
- Familiar with concepts like Entities, Zero-Click searches, and how users discover brands on platforms like ChatGPT, Youtube, TikTok and Reddit.
- Proficient with GA4, Search Console, and Excel. You find the story within the numbers.
- Comfortable using AI tools (like ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity) to improve research and efficiency.
- Appreciate how SEO fits into the bigger picture and have experience (or a strong desire) to collaborate with Paid Media, Digital PR, and Content teams.
- Clear written and verbal skills; able to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent time management skills with an ability to manage your own workload and flag opportunities without always waiting for instruction.
Interview Process
- Informal screening process with our People Experience team. This is to go through your top line experience and ask any questions we might have from your application (15-20 minutes).
- 1st stage interview with Senior SEO Account Manager + SEO Account Director to go through your experience and skills to date in more depth as well as an opportunity to discuss how you like to work best. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask us any questions you have about Found (45-60 minutes).
- 2nd stage interview will involve a task with a short presentation with at least a week of prep time before presenting this to us. The presentation aims to show your understanding of data, SEO fundamentals, research skills, creativity and presentation skills. (15-20 minutes). Following the presentation, we may have some further questions to understand how you work, as well as further opportunity for you to ask us any questions to help with your decision and show your best self (60 minutes).
