Are you a data-driven, performance-obsessed PPC specialist ready to take the next leap in your career? At FOUND, we’re looking for a Senior PPC Account Executive to own, optimise, and elevate our clients’ PPC campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in the fast-paced digital world, blends strategy with precision, and loves turning insights into impact. You’ll collaborate closely with account managers and cross-functional teams to ensure our campaigns consistently exceed expectations.

What You Will Do

  • Own the day-to-day performance of PPC accounts—budgets, optimisations, hygiene checks, and all.
  • Spot trends, flag issues, and escalate proactively to keep campaigns on track.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with clients, becoming their go-to PPC expert.
  • Partner with Account Managers/Directors to identify testing opportunities and performance enhancements.
  • Execute best-in-class campaign strategies, ensuring quality, consistency, and results.
  • Generate insightful reports and analysis to refine our approach and push performance boundaries.

You will be given autonomy to work on accounts and take ownership/shape the way of working, with support from your Account Director, Head of Team and Growth team. We work collaboratively within the PPC team and across departments, including Paid Social, SEO & Growth & CE. We have open comms – there aren’t any silly questions and there’s no limit to how many you can ask, whether that be to the Head of PPC, AD or SAE.

What Is the Interview Process?

  • Informal screening with our People Experience team (15–20 minutes).
  • 1st stage interview with the Account Director and Senior PPC Account Manager to discuss experience and work style (about 30 minutes).
  • 2nd stage interview with a task and 30-minute presentation, followed by a review with the Head of PPC and Account Director (about 60 minutes).
