As a Paid Social Account Manager, you’ll take the lead on campaign planning and performance for your client accounts, managing activity across Meta, Tik Tok, Linked In, Pinterest, Reddit, and X.

You’ll develop and implement strategic roadmaps, optimise performance, and ensure campaigns are executed to the highest standard.

This role is all about building strong client relationships—acting as a trusted advisor while also guiding Paid Social Executives to deliver consistently excellent work.

You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with senior team members on strategy, while developing your own leadership skills through mentoring and knowledge-sharing.

  • What You Will Be Doing
  • Account Management – Lead campaign activation, optimisation, and reporting across paid social platforms.
  • Performance Audits – Conduct account hygiene checks and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Creative Collaboration – Write briefs, oversee ad copy, and ensure asset quality through design partnerships.
  • Budget & Testing – Monitor pacing, manage bidding strategies, and run A/B tests to refine impact.
  • Client Communication – Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day updates, ensuring transparency and reliability.
  • Strategy & Planning – Contribute to forecasts, roadmaps, and tactical recommendations that drive business outcomes.
  • Relationship Building – Nurture client trust by offering clear, insightful explanations of campaign performance and next steps.
  • Team Management – Line-manage Paid Social Executives, delivering feedback, 1:1s, and personalised development plans.
  • AI Integration – Champion the responsible use of AI, embedding tools into workflows to enhance delivery and client experience.

HOW DOES THE TEAM WORK?

You’ll collaborate with Senior Account Managers and Account Directors to deliver high-quality campaigns while coaching and supporting Paid Social Executives.

The team operates with a balance of independence and collaboration—everyone owns their work but is empowered to share learnings, test ideas, and work cross-channel with PPC, SEO, CRO, and Data colleagues.
