Working Style: Mainly office based
- 22 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, increasing to 24 days on 2 years’ service and then by 1 day per year to a maximum of 30 days – plus you’ll get your birthday off every year (based on a full time role)

Found are looking to hire an Account Manager into our team in London. We are looking for someone who is an expert in engaging with new & prospective clients, as we fulfil our goal of helping as many businesses as possible find their perfect office space. This role is for you if you excel at building strong, trusted and consultative client relationships. It’s important for you to have the desire to grow our client base and are comfortable to work with clients face to face, on the phone or via video calls.
- Identify and approach prospective clients via telephone, social media and email campaigns
- Manage sales pipeline and agent databases effectively
- Collaborate with senior members of the sales team to learn and develop your skills
- A creative and commercial mind, thinking innovatively and tactically in line with Found's goals
- Excellent English, written and verbal communication skills
- Bringing fresh ideas/techniques to the Business Development table
- Strong networking skills with an eagerness to promote the Found story
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
