With our team growing and new business wins on the horizon, we’re on the hunt for a Senior Paid Social Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll play a part in shaping strategies and driving performance across a diverse portfolio of clients spanning multiple industries. You’ll be the expert behind planning, optimising, and analysing campaigns that deliver real impact. Collaborating closely with your Account Manager and Business Director, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our campaigns are innovative, effective, and keep our clients coming back for more. What You Will Be Doing
- Drive Account Performance – Oversee and manage the success of Paid Social accounts, ensuring campaigns stay on track, hitting KPIs, and proactively addressing any challenges.
- Own Day-to-Day Operations – Take full responsibility for budget management, performance tracking, account hygiene, and efficient task allocation.
- Build Client Partnerships – Develop and maintain strong, productive relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Lead Client Communication – Serve as the primary point of contact, providing regular updates on campaign performance, leading meetings, and ensuring transparency.
- Define & Track KPIs – Collaborate with clients to set clear campaign objectives, closely monitoring performance against goals and contractual commitments.
- Ensure Excellence & Best Practices – Champion high standards across your team, driving consistency, efficiency, and quality in campaign execution.
- Develop & Mentor Your Team – Guide and support your team members, fostering growth, collaboration, and professional development.
- Analyse & Optimise Performance – Run reports and deep-dive into data insights to identify areas for improvement, making strategic recommendations to enhance results.

What Is the Interview Process?
- Informal screening process with our People Experience team. This is to go through your top line experience and ask any questions we might have from your application (15-20 minutes).
- 1st stage interview with our Director of Paid Media & Head of Paid Operations to go through your experience and skills to date in more depth as well as an opportunity to discuss how you like to work best. We’ll also give you the opportunity to ask us any questions you have about Found. (45-60 minutes).
- 2nd stage interview will involve a task with a 30 min presentation, with at least a week turnaround time. You’ll then present this back to the Director of Paid Media & Head of Paid Operations where we’ll look at your thought process and how you apply your knowledge and experience in a real work example. (60 minutes).
