With our team growing and new business wins on the horizon, we are on the lookout for a PPC Account Manager to join our dynamic and fast-moving team. In this role, you will help shape smart, creative strategies and drive performance across a diverse client portfolio spanning multiple industries.

You will be the expert behind planning, optimising, and analysing campaigns that genuinely make an impact. Working closely with your Account Director and Business Director, you will ensure our campaigns are innovative, effective, and keep clients coming back for more. What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead Account Performance – Monitor delivery across accounts, ensuring we stay on track and escalating any risks early.
  • Own Day-to-Day Management – Oversee budgets, performance, account hygiene checks, and daily task coordination.
  • Nurture Client Relationships – Build trust and maintain productive partnerships where clients see you as their go-to expert.
  • Act as Main Client Contact – Communicate activity, insights, and performance clearly, confidently leading meetings.
  • Set & Monitor KPIs – Partner with clients to define meaningful goals and track progress against targets and contractual requirements.
  • Champion Best Practice – Ensure your team consistently applies high-quality, best-in-class approaches across all work.
  • Report & Recommend – Run performance reports, analyse findings, and present actionable recommendations to improve results.

You will be given the autonomy to take ownership of your accounts and shape ways of working, with ongoing support from your Account Director, Head of Team and our Growth team. We work collaboratively—both within PPC and across Paid Social, SEO, Growth, and CE—sharing ideas and problem-solving as one team. Open communication is key to us. There are no silly questions here, and no limit to how many you can ask. Whether it is your Head of PPC, AD, or SAE, everyone is ready to help.

Interview Process

  • Initial Screening (15–20 mins) – A friendly chat with our People Experience team to discuss your experience and ask any clarifying questions about your application.
  • 1st Stage (45–60 mins) – A conversation with the Director of Paid Media and an Account Director, diving deeper into your skills, experience, and working style—plus plenty of time for your questions too.
  • 2nd Stage (60 mins) – A task and 30-minute presentation (with at least a week to prepare), delivered to the pod AD and SAM. We will focus on your thought process and how you apply your experience to real-world scenarios.
